Watermark Acquires Ore. Senior Living Community for $39.5 Million

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc., an affiliate of The Freshwater Group, recently acquired and assumed management of a senior living community in Gresham, Ore. in a $39.45 million transaction.

Courtyard Fountains has 252 residences, comprised of 44 assisted living units and 208 independent living units. Occupancy at time of closing was at 93%. 

Watermark will introduce its signature programs to the community and plans to make significant capital investments to the property’s physical plant.
