Baby boomers started hitting 65 in 2011, and the cohort will continue hitting 65 for the next 17 years.  The economy and hiring trends are causing many people to &quot;retire&quot; early.  Our country needs a movement to propel itself into dealing with senior housing issues ASAP.   ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I agree that there will be a wide variety of care services that will cater to different segments of the baby boomer generation.  Each person&#039;s situation is different and companies within the long term care industry need to address that.  Instead of making a one size fits all model we have to create many different models to cater to the individual segments.  This is a good article and it hits on the notion that the industry needs to change and adapt to the baby boomer mentality.   ]]></description>
