Brandywine Acquires Four Assisted Living Communites for Undisclosed Sum

Brandywine Senior Living has acquired four assisted living communities from Springpoint for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Mt. Laurel, NJ, Springpoint said the sale allows the business to focus on and dedicate its resources its core business of continuing care retirement and affordable housing communities for older Americans.

The four assisted living communities are Haddonfield Home Assisted Living, in Haddonfield, NJ; Stony Brook Assisted Living, in Pennington, NJ; Watchung Ridge Assisted Living, in Watchung, NJ; and Waterford Glen Assisted Living, in Wall Township, NJ.

Springpoint said its working closely with Brandywine to ensure a smooth transition for residents and employees.
