SLIB Announces $7 Million in Sales of Senior Living Facilities

Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) recently announced over $7 million in sales of skilled nursing facilities located in the Midwest and one memory care facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The transactions included the sale of a skilled nursing portfolio, consisting of four properties and a total of 214 beds located throughout the state of Nebraska.

MBK Senior Living Closes on Firs Retirement Community in Washington State

MBK Senior Living recently announced the purchase of The Firs retirement community in Olympia, Washington. The Firs, MBK’s third senior living community in Washington state, is comprised of 135 studio, one- and two- bedroom independent living apartments.  The community offers month-to-month rental agreements and has staff on-hand 24-hours a day.
