Kandu Capital Acquires Two Indiana Assisted Living Facilities

Kandu Capital, LLC, along with its operating company, Bloomfield Senior Living, recently announced the acquisition of two assisted living facilities located in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Kandu acquired Autumn Glen and Autumn Park as part of a 363 bankruptcy sale from estate of Sunwest Management.  These purchases are Kandu’s third and fourth transaction in the past 7 months and expects to continue acquisitions in the Midwest.

Autumn Glen Assisted Living Community, a 56-unit project with over 34,000 square feet, was built in 1989 and was 99% occupied at the time of sale.  Autumn Park Assisted Living Community was built in 1994 and consists of 55 units and over 35,000 square feet.  Autumn Park was 90% occupied at the time of sale.
