Skilled Healthcare Motion For Mistrial Denied, Settlement Discussions Continue

Last week, the the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Humboldt, denied the Motion for Mistrial or New Trial on Grounds of Juror Misconduct filed previously by Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc.
