The Terraces At Harris Ranch Names Linda McGrath as New Marketing Director
The Terraces at Harris Ranch recently announced Linda McGrath as marketing director for the area’s first life care community, soon to be developed in the Harris Ranch area of Boise. McGrath will be responsible for managing a team of senior living counselors and creating community connections to educate seniors about the lifestyle and benefits of a life care community.
“We’ve had tremendous interest from families within the community who want to learn more about The Terraces at Harris Ranch,” said McGrath, who brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the field of senior housing and health care to her new position. “I’m looking forward to my new role, and I’m excited about talking with area seniors and their families about the outstanding services and amenities the community will offer.”
Prior to joining The Terraces at Harris Ranch, McGrath oversaw sales and marketing initiatives for a variety of senior living communities across the country, including properties in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Texas and Washington. McGrath is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton, in Dayton, Ohio, earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications.
Hawaii Kai Retirement Community Hires Renee C. Yim As Marketing Manager
Hawaii Kai retirement community announced that it has hired Honolulu resident Renee C. Yim has been hired as marketing manager of Hawaii Kai Retirement Community. In her role as marketing manager, Yim educates the community-at-large about Hawaii Kai Retirement Community and the many benefits it offers to potential residents. Prior to joining Hawaii Kai Retirement Community in February, Yim was a flight attendant for Mokulele Airlines. She has also worked as area sales manager for Dispenser Beverages and division manager for Paradise Beverages and Hawaii Coffee Company. She has more than seven years of experience in the marketing industry. Yim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Yim is a native of Hawaii.
“We are pleased to welcome Renee to Hawaii Kai Retirement Community,” said Lyle Takeuchi, Hawaii regional director of Holiday Retirement. “With her extensive marketing background and positive, can-do attitude, we are confident that she will be instrumental in helping to grow our senior living community.”
The Terraces at Bonita Springs Forms Community Advisory Board
The Terraces at Bonita Springs, the area’s newest planned senior living community, has formed a Community Advisory Board made up of local leaders who will help shape the community’s outreach programs. The Community Advisory Board, composed of 10 members, meets regularly to receive updates on the progress of The Terraces and make recommendations on building even stronger ties throughout the surrounding area.
“We are very fortunate to have such qualified and knowledgeable people willing to give their time and provide their valuable insights as members of our advisory board,” said Pam Fultz, director of community relations for The Terraces at Bonita Springs. “We appreciate their service in our continuing efforts to educate the public about The Terraces. In addition to having experienced community leaders as members of the board, we’re also extremely happy that two future residents are taking an active leadership role in their community.”
Leaders serving on The Terraces at Bonita Springs Community Advisory Board are: Roger Brunswick, a realtor at John R. Wood Realtors; Pam Burdett, a retired registered nurse; Brad Galbraith, an estate attorney and partner at Hahn Loeser; Jane Goble, a trust officer at M&I Wealth Management; Jennifer O’Dell, a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney; Debra Quade, a financial services representative at Merrill Lynch; Ann Soper, a retired former AvMed executive; Louis Stolz, a retired financial advisor and future resident of The Terraces; Dr. Lloyd Tarbutton, a retired hospitality industry leader and future resident of The Terraces; and George Wilson, an estate attorney at Wilson & Johnson Law.
