New UK Study On Senior Housing & Living Housing Looks To Future Innovations

| December 9, 2009

Interested in what the current and future trends in European senior housing and living?  Look no further than the most recent publication entitled, “HAPPI – Housing our Ageing Population: Panel for Innovation” that was commissioned by the Homes and Communities Agency, on behalf of Communities and Local Government and the Department of Health in the UK.  The report is broken into four sections that identifies the problem, discusses plans for creating a greater range of housing choices, identifies design specifics and the final section offers recommendations directed towards the public sector.  The full report has a ton of statistics and a plethora of case studies…a few of which are thoroughly documented.  Well worth the read if your time permits.
