Lenbrook, an Atlanta premiere Continuing Care Retirement Community, is celebrating its  2009 Gold Award for the Best CCRC Common Area in this year’s Best of 50+ Housing Awards sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) 50+ Housing Council.  The award follows Lenbrook’s recent completion of a $100 million expansion, which included a 25-story resident tower with three health care floors, three restaurants, wellness center, indoor pool, expanded library and multipurpose rooms, as well as an outdoor terrace with a nine-hole putting green.  Lenbrook was designed by architecture firm THW Design and interior design firm Interior Design Associates.
