An article on the United Kingdom based nursing home operator, Four Seasons, painted a bleak picture for the future outlook of the company that employs over 21,000 in the across Great Britain.  The company provides care for over 15,000 residents in over 440 facilities and was purchased by the Qatar Investment Authority in 2006.  The company faces a debt payment at the end of the month and may look to restructure their debt through a debt to equity conversion with it current investors.
