Recently, the city commissioners of Twin Lake, Florida cleared the way for a large senior housing project that has been in the works for over a decade.  The project calls for 22 duplex villas with two car garages, a centralized apartment building containing 63 independent living units and a centralized community center with a central kitchen and dining rooms.  The project will also include 52 units of assisted living with over 20 units dedicated for Alzheimers and patients needing rehabilitative services.
